The Challenge
The John Hardy team were being held back by their current platform – Salesforce was too rigid for their needs, costly to manage, and time-consuming when building updates and new features. With the customization and scalability of Shopify, replatforming to Shopify Plus was a no-brainer. But, with Black Friday only three months away, John Hardy needed to act fast. We migrated John Hardy from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus in less than three months and set up their store for scale. Using Shopify Markets Pro, the John Hardy team can hit the ground running with their international customers. We also migrated their past customers and order data to the new site so existing customers could access their order history.
